I ordered some flowers online for an elderly friend’s birthday and she was delighted with them when they arrived. So much so that she rang me immediately to tell me how beautiful they were. I ordered the ‘Wild Meadow’ arrangement. The picture on the website showed darker and richer colours, however the one that arrived was much more pastel and less varied in colour. I understand that the examples can’t be replicated exactly but had I ordered it for myself, I would have been disappointed at the colour difference because it doesn’t give the same feeling as the one in the photograph.

Nevertheless it was a beautiful arrangement with a great mix of flowers and as the recipient was unaware of what was ordered she was over the moon. In fact, if I was unaware of what was ordered I too would have been delighted, it is the best arrangement that I’ve ever ordered online or in store.

I would definitely use this seller again but maybe add a note in future if I can’t get
